From the moment James entered our unit he displayed enthusiasm and excitement about selling it. That enthusiastic attitude carried throughout all the inspections and contract stages. From the outset, James had a plan in mind on how to present our unit in the best light to prospective buyers. From the smallest of details - whether that be what should be seen on the kitchen benches or the ideal furniture layout - James suggested it. Every week James or his business partner Richard would call us to check in and give us updates on the amount on interest. James kept us informed of every interest, every question and every compliment. After each inspection, they went the extra mile to put the outdoor furniture away to avoid weather damage. This was even after we said that it was unnecessary and that we would do, they still did it anyway. James was respectful, professional and pleasant. We never felt any pressure from him, and we never had any unrealistic expectations. The result achieved was predicted by James from the very first day. James and Richard possess all the right things needed in a reliable and honest real estate agent.
