I first met James when i bought my flat in Coogee in 2006. As i was based overseas i entrusted James and his team to manage the property for me. Their service was excellent and often went the extra mile to resolve an issue even though it was on me. So when i came to sell it was an easy decision to go with James as my selling agent. The property was listed at short notice and James and Pats turned the marketing and advertising artefacts around quickly and within 2 days we were showing the property. The property received an offer after the first showing and eventually sold a week later. Throughout the process James kept me informed on progress and at no stage did i feel unsure as to what was happening. I highly recommend James and the CRE team in Coogee. They have made what can be an emotional process a very straight forward one.
