Stan and Julie Cooke first established themselves in the Rockhampton real estate market in 1980, known originally as Stan Cooke Real Estate. While the size and scope of the company has evolved over the last 33 years, their in-depth knowledge of the Rockhampton, Yeppoon and Gracemere real estate market has remained.
Having run a successful franchise for the past 10 years, Stan and Julie felt the need to find their own identity and stretch their wings, and have rebranded as Cooke & Associates Property Agents.
