Karin, my rental agent at @realestate Karin is fabulous. She finds great tenants and that's so important. She keeps me informed about any maintenance issues and arranges problems to Karin my rental agent at @realestate.com is fabulous. She finds great tenants. She arranges everything early so when tenants leave there are new good tenants ready to move in. She only accepts good tenants.

I have been very happy with the level of service and attention given to myself and property.

Has been with At Real Estate for over 2 years . Great experience and strongly recommend the team to anyone with property in Yeppoon . Wonderful and reliable staff with great communication and problem solving skills!

I have moved to Mr Real Estate from another agency who struggled with letting out a property in need of some repairs. Tiarna and Haley from Mr Real Estate have taken on arranging the repairs (that the previous agent struggled with), gave multiple options and executed them as per the mutually agreed schedule. The communication has been prompt throughout and they have found tenants for the property immediately after the repairs were completed. I'm very happy with the journey so far.

A huge thank you to our BDM- Haley for all the support throughout our first investment property journey. Professional, responsive, and so helpful every step of the way. We truly appreciated the guidance and would highly recommend! Regards, P&M

Hayley has been good at organising getting our first tenants in with good communication

RMW have been looking after our property in Yeppoon for over 12 months now and we have nothing but positive things to say about their professionalism and service. Our house recently flooded which was the last thing we needed at a time when we had lots of stress going on due to other circumstances. Belinda from RMW was on top of everything from the get go and had insurance and trades people onto the job immediately. She has been handling everything whilst we are on the other side of the country which has taken such massive burden/stress off our shoulders knowing it is in her very capable hands. We have had nothing but dramas with other properties that are with other managers so I cannot recommend Belinda and the RMW team more highly.

The Team at RMW are knowledgeable, welcoming, professional, obliging and supportive on a daily basis. My queries are always dealt with i a timely manner. Rory and Tegan have a down to earth approach and take on board my objectives in a positive and supportive manner.

VERY Happy with how RMW operates!!!! Helpful from the first day we asked to see a place, and have ALWAYS responded quickly and kindly to all our questions and needs!!!!

Highly recommend Emily Richardson & the Ray White Rockhampton property management team As an interstate investor (based in Victoria), I was worried about managing a property in Gracemere remotely， but Emily Richardson and the Ray White Rockhampton team made the whole process completely stress-free. From the very first enquiry, Emily was proactive and kept me informed at every step: arranging the pre-settlement inspection, coordinating trades for the termite barrier and maintenance works. As someone not local, I especially valued that she sourced quotes, oversaw the works, and confirmed completion on my behalf rather than leaving me to chase things from another state. Communication was always warm, prompt and professional. As a first-time investor landlord, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Emily and Ray White Rockhampton to any investor，especially those managing from out of state.

Excellent service from start to finish. My rental agent was knowledgeable, efficient, and always available to answer questions. They made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. A positive experience all around, and I would highly recommend their services.

Easy to deal with, extremely professional and responsive throughout the entire purchase process. Communication was excellent, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. Their assistance made the transaction smooth and stress-free, and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
