Above and Beyond
Brad did all the usual things you'd expect from an agent but then went above and beyond. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He was always forthcoming with any information, open to suggestions, free with his advice, has lots of contacts that he doesn't mind drawing on and was overall a delight to work with. Thanks Brad!

Professional but down to earth
Brad was excellent through the whole process. We live interstate and invested in the area, he made us feel confident the whole time with video call inspections of houses, and then through the process making sure we knew what was happening next, the whole agency was great! We kept the rental with Cooke property and they made it so easy. Definitely recommend Brad, super professional but down to earth!

Great experience
Very happy with the service Lorna delivered in selling our property. Easiest and smoothest process than we have ever had in the past, this was the 4 th property we have sold, so we have had some experience with to other agents. Lorna achieved a great price for us and as we are interstate good communication was critical and we were very glad to have Lorna managing the sale for us. Highly recommend Lorna, we were certainly happy with the service, price achieved and the whole process.

Great work by Lorna
I wanted to sell the property in 2021 and have been in contact with Lorna regarding market conditions, etc. and eventually decided to put the property on market in mid 2022. Lorna had been very helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. I knew exactly how the market respond to the listed price and feedback received from each site visit.
