I have worked in property management for almost 10 years, and I pride myself on the strong rapport I build with clients (both owners and tenants). We will develop a relationship so you can approach me with any task, big or small and know confidently it will be attended to quickly and without any hassle. Being dedicated solely to property management, my only focus is your rental property. I will ensure that maintenance on your property is up to date, and that all your legal obligations are satisfied and will look after things you mightn't even be aware of such as making sure your smoke alarms will be compliant; that your pool will have a current safety certificate; and, ensuring that your property is water compliant so we can recoup full water usage costs from your tenants. At the end of the day, I am here to make your life easier. Because we are confident in our selection criteria, we even offer a ‘Rental Guarantee’: At the end of each month, you can be assured that you always receive the expected rent; if the tenants fail to pay their rent on time, we will cover the shortfall so you are not out of pocket.

Property management unites two of my deepest passions – my love of people and the enjoyment I get from working together to solve problems. I embarked on my property management career straight out of high school, before taking a break to start my family and raise two children, and I have now returned to again pursue my passion of meeting the needs of both renters and owners. I want to make sure that tenants have a good renting experience, and that owners feel comfortable with me managing something that is very dear to them. I manage some 100 rental properties at Coolum Beach Realty, which is the ideal number, allowing me to dedicate genuine amounts of time to my customer's needs.

I began my career as a Customer Care Consultant 13 years ago; with extensive experience in Office Administration. I started working in Property Management in Goondiwindi, before I made the move to the Sunshine Coast. After taking a break to start my own family, I decided to follow my strong interest in the property market and continue a career in Real Estate. My focus is on providing a high level of service, complete with honesty, and the highest level of commitment to servicing property investor’s needs. Rental property investments can be very profitable, in the right situation. I am here to make your life easier, and take the pressure off owning an investment property. I aim to make the rental experience beneficial for both tenant and owner alike.
