Sophie was open and friendly and made herself available for support and updates. Sophie was honest with us in this crazy time of real estate. She discussed the market, kept lines of communication open, attended the building and pest inspection and followed up our concerns.

Tyler Benson
Tyler was exceeding helpful and wonderful to deal with in every way possible through our whole buying process!!
Tyler Benson
Tylers down to earth and professional approach to real estate was the reason we chose him to sell our home. The whole process was easy, Tyler took care of everything. He really did go above and beyond our expectatoons. Very impressed with Tyler and the team at Coomera Realty
Tyler Benson
Coomera Realty's Tyler Benson was an absolute pleasure to work with, and his motivation and persona was absolutely exceptional. Tyler was there through every stage, professional, approachable and keen because he wanted to be, not because he was obligated. From our initial visit to the final day of settlement, Tyler's attitude and customer focused skills were completely in a world of their own. He engaged likeminded professionals when it came to photographers and videographers and the result we collectively achieved was down to the marketing and keen spirit of the agent. If you want an agent that cares, who goes the extra mile and who will achieve what you set out, Tyler Benson is your agent.

We chose Sophie to sell our home because right from the first point to contact, it was evident she was genuine and caring and wanted to help us but also ensure the tenant in our property was looked after. Sophie’s care continued not just until we signed the agency agreement but right through until settlement. Sophie was patient, kept us updated and sold our house at a price well beyond our expectations.

Not only did Sophie have such a bubbly bright amazing personality she wasn't just in it for the sale she generally cared for helping me and my family start out next chapter. I met Sophie at a few different open homes and in this market it was so stressful everytime I went to Sophie's though she put me at ease. Sophie found us our perfect home and we couldn't have been happier. Thank you so much

Sophie was more than helpful in the sale of my property. She answered all of my questions with confidence. She sold my house in 4 days and got me a price I wasn't expecting! She has even helped me with questions I have about buying my next home and has given me realistic answers that doesn't benefit her in anyway possible. I would recommend her to sell any of my friends, family or colleagues homes and I'd be assured she would do them proud too. I will definitely use Sophie again if I have to sell another home, she's the best.

Sophie’s market knowledge, communication, and professionalism were equivalent to other real estate industry experts.

Sophie worked with me as a seller and provided consistent and timely feedback. She was able to assist with preparing the property for marketing on sale and communicated clearly the process. I was able to set clear intentions with Sophie who did an amazing job at campaigning the property for sale. Sophie was enthusiastic about the property and worked hard to get the best sale possible. I found her integrity and honest approach as a Real Estate Agent refreshing as she put in a lot of extra time with the marketing and preparation. I would highly recommend Sophie, I can not praise her and the outcome of the sale enough.
