Sophie was honest with the evaluation of my home (which lined up perfectly with evaluations from other agents) but she saw potential for more and had a great marketing strategy. We ended up with $100k more than our reserve/ the house evaluation. Sophie’s passion is evident in her attitude and approach to work. Beyond negotiating a great deal more for the sale, Sophie also helped organise and coordinate multiple trades to fix some small and major repairs to my house as I am interstate. She did all of this while navigating the needs of my tenant. Can’t fault her at all, she is worth every cent in commission and more. Some agents just don’t have the spark anymore, they lose the passion, I could tell Sophie was full of spark and passion and loved her job. Thanks again Sophie!!
