Agent was very knowledgeable about the area. Communication was good as regards phone calls, but mostly emails went unanswered. To me, this translated as a reluctance to put anything in writing. Credibility was stretched when we were given only sketchy feedback ( in $ terms ) as to buyers offers. Negotiation(s) were interesting, and on occasion, got a little heated. My opinion is that Chris took things a little personally, and he shouldn't, because he is an affable sort of a bloke, and one who I would be happy to recommend to other sellers / buyers.
