Nikki is the co-owner of Core Realty NT with her husband George. Like many other stories in the Territory, Nikki only intended to stay in Darwin, with George, on a short-term basis. After six months Nikki loved it, and after a year the couple decided to stay. Years in, she is a proud Territorian and can’t imagine living outside of the Top End. Her passion for the NT is evident when discussing potential homes with clients, combining expert knowledge and a love for the area to all aspects of her work. After relocating to Darwin Nikki started attending open homes, searching for a property for her and George. While attending, it became apparent her personality, attention to detail and sales experience would be invaluable for real-estate in the Top End. Nikki’s love for real-estate was strengthened through buying and selling her property over the last few years and became the motivation to change career paths; starting as a Sales Consultant for Ray White City. While working for Ray White, Nikki discovered something missing in the market for clients who needed a truly flexible and personalised service. After the birth of her first son, she and George decided to address this and opened up their own boutique agency. Their combined experience and knowledge in the industry became the driving force behind establishing a boutique agency built on high standards and impeccable work ethic. Nikki is an extremely high output individual who knows exactly where to find what every client needs. Her genuine compassion for people's requirements has propelled the business and built its excellent reputation. By identifying that Darwin was in real need of an agency that put the client first, she was able to position Core Realty NT as a real-estate agency that provides an exceptional George joining the business was an extremely exciting time for the couple. The family unit was able to build on Nikki’s successes and grow an agency that reflected the hard work and effort both put in to everything they do. Today the pair are an incredibly strong team with excellent communication and a shared love for property and people.

Joanna has lived and worked in Darwin for the past 10+ years after making Australia her home. Completely immersed in the tropical and adventurous lifestyle the Top End has to offer, Joanna is a self professed local, lover of camping and the outdoor lifestyle; she has found love and a career in what she describes as the most beautiful place on earth. Finding her passion in real estate after a long love affair with architecture and interior design, it was only a matter of time before the property market here took her heart as well. Starting her career at Reception and onto Administration Support now Property Management, this has given Joanna an all-rounder education in the industry and makes her a valuable information source for her clients.
