Our real estate agent has been amazing. She is very quick with responses and very kind and understanding. Unfortunately the property itself had a lot more maintenance issues than expected upon move in, which the agent has been very prompt in responding to. It would have been nice if a more thorough maintenance check and repair was conducted prior to the previous tenants leaving. With this being our only concern, we can’t fault the real estate with how they’ve handled each situation.

From the start communication was provided in a timely manner and made the whole moving in process as smooth as possible. Joanna responds quickly to communication and provided a thorough handover of keys as well as answering any further questions. Thank you for making the interstate move that much easier.
