Smoothest sales
I couldn't even begin to describe the amazing service by Nikki and her team. Made the sale and transition so smooth I felt so at ease and could just trust in the process and service that she was providing. Would not even consider another agent if you have come this far definitely touch base with Nikki

Nikki went absolutely over and beyond to help me purchase my first house. She answered all my questions and phone calls straight away and supported me the whole way through. Seeking business for estimates for upgrades on the house, and when settlement went through she made me feel so welcomed and love! Highly recommend Nikki, she is just amazing!

Clear communication and great market understanding.
This is the second property Nikki has sold for us and if I was asked to recommend an agent Nikki would be my first choice every time. Nikki has proven again and again to be knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. Both Nikki and her husband are a great team and offer helpful information from the very beginning right through to signing on the dotted line. Fantastic experience
Selling a house is very stressful at any time but Nikki made it much easier to cope with. She is very knowledgeable, pragmatic i.e. doesn't try to boost expectations unrealistically, a very nice person to deal with. I am very happy with the results she achieved for us.

If all real estate agents were like Nikki...
If all real estate agents were like Nikki, the profession would be held in high esteem. She is a great human being with integrity and a genuine passion for real estate. She is hardworking, transparent, knowledgeable and excellent at what she does. She will tell it like it is, doesn’t sugar coat or set unreasonable expectations. She told us what she believed she could get for our property, and then achieved that goal in 16 days. If all real estate agents were like Nikki, buying and selling houses would be a great experience.
