Nikki, wow what an experience selling our place! It’s basically give Nikki your keys and she does all the work. She works around you & with you while you’re under her umbrella. She makes you feel part of her family. After each opening you receive a call as well as an email with all the information regarding how the opening went. All done on the same day so there no keeping you in suspense. Communication is key and Nikki is basically the best at it. She’s open, transparent, and an all around honest Territorian. We Met Nikki at a opening, the house was lovely but wasn’t for us. When we said so Nikki was the first agent to say, ‘ok, what are you looking for?’ I’ve had other agents disengage if we weren’t interested in the property. Not Nikki, she continued to have a conversation and gets to know you. Once we left that first opening, I said to my partner, she is going to be the agent we use to sell our place.
