Corene assisted with communication between the tenant of the property in Southbank and myself by speaking the native language, which led to a quick vacancy in order to present the apartment for sale. She also found interested parties with competitive offers rather quickly during a time when the housing market was lagging. A quick settlement and good price was achieved. She also assisted with access for contractors to the apartment and always willing to inspect the apartment on a regular basis.

Corene has been wonderful throughout the whole process of buying my apartment. From her in-depth knowledge of the building and providing her time for a private inspection. Through to constant communications on all of my questions and updates when there was a delay with the settlement due to the parking title. My negotiations with the vendor were handled with her full professionalism at all times and I was very pleased with the outcome. It was also a real pleasure to attend her CNY work function and be invited to her other events. Not to mention a very nice little gift when the keys were finally handed over :) I hope we stay in contact for many years to come, she is a fantastic person!!
