I would highly recommend Core Realty. We had had a very negative experience some two years earlier with a major real estate agency who had limited knowledge of the city apartment market and even less demonstated interest in selling our apartment. We therefore approached our second decision to sell with some trepidation. The experience with Core Realty couldn't have been different. From the outset Corene Chan was clear, respectful and engaged. The costs for advertising etc were entirely reasonable and the company clearly has very strong purchaser networks. She managed to sell our apartment within a little over two months in a rather challenging market and I can't praise her efforts and professionalism highly enough.
