Would reccomend
Jack was very knowledgeable of Real Estate in my area. Had a plan in place and a list of contacts looking to purchase in the area. Achieved price I was looking for and had contracts issued and in place. Unfortunately due other issues outside of Jack's doing was unable to convert original contract (building Report problems). Jack continued with marketing plan and was able to secure a new contract almost immediately. Though less than original was a amount I was more that happy with and contract was moved through to a sale. Would have no problem at all recommending Jack and Coronis realty to anybody looking for assistance in the future. I found everyone associated with the office at Brackenridge a pleasure to deal with .

Property Sale in Bald Hills
We picked Jack because of the amount of sales he had in the Bald Hills area and his market knowledge. He was efficient and effective . We got the fast sale we were looking for and even achieved a better price then we hoped. We listed the property on Wednesday and had the contract by Saturday. We are more than happy with the result thanks to Jack.

Delivered what he promised
who clearly did not care and put in no effort, Jack was a welcome breath of fresh air after a disastrous first attempt at trying to sell my property in Bald Hills with a previous agency. He was energetic, professional, extremely knowledgeable about the area and he listened to my concerns and needs. He managed to sell the property within just 6 days which was extremely impressive after the previous agency had failed to do so in 3 months. I cannot recommend Jack enough.
