I couldn't recommend Brendan more! He was really wonderful to work with. He immediately stood out from other agents with his initiative and proactive approach. While others were happy to complete a price analysis on our property using basic metrics, Brendan actually arranged an inspection to allow him to give us a better, more complete, price analysis. His communication was fantastic, always keeping us in the loop about what was happening and what needed to happen next. He worked to get us a great price as well, something better than we were expecting. He was really good with dealing with any problems that arose, often having a solution ready before we'd even realised there was an issue. He was really on our side, making sure we got the best price and keeping our best interests in mind when resolving issues. The whole selling process was made so smooth for us by Brendan and we really can't thank him enough for that!
