Val was extremely easy to deal with during the sale of our Brisbane apartment. We interviewed a couple of agents and found that the others were “show” men…… they wanted us to spend a heap more money to advertise and didn’t even other to do open homes. Val met me at a time convenient to me to show me through the property. She was efficient in putting an EOI to the seller and in emailing a Contract. All went smoothly through to settlement. She indicated she checked over the property just prior to settlement to make sure it was still clean and in order. Also gave me bonus champagne and chocolates when picking up the keys!!!

Val provided excellent support through this challenging process. She kept in regular and immediate contact, advised us of interested parties including an assessment of their potential as possible purshasers. She also had her finger on the pulse in relation to performance of the market and I think provided very sound advice. The result wasn't what we hoped, but this was just a reflection of the market - nothing to do with Val
