Val did an amazing job selling my unit, from the initial meeting, she kept in contact and her market knowledge and advice was spot on. Val tirelessly followed up all visitors to open houses to gauge their thoughts kept me up to date with any developements. The property was tenanted while on the market and Val made sure that the tenants were inconvenienced as little as possible, even giving them thank you gifts after each inspection. If I had another property to sell, I would definitely use Val again.
