Professional, Genuine and Absolutely Exceptional
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent than Phil. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best possible outcome. What really stood out to us was the way Phil communicated throughout the entire process. He kept us informed, answered our questions, and was always available when we needed guidance. Above and beyond professional service
There were some difficult moments for us with the sale of our land and we were overseas while the sale was happening. Lou was always available to answer questions and follow up for information. Her communication was above excellent and she made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. Because of her knowledge of the local market we were able to get the price we wanted and Her calm professional handling of every change or hiccup during the sale meant we could relax and trust the process while we were away. I highly recommend Louise for buying or selling in the Childers area.

We couldn't thank Louise enough if we tried. Being first home buyers is scary learning it all,Louise was there every step of the way to guide us. Not only was she helpful during the sale but continued to help us after. We highly recommend Louise she never made us feel rushed or pushed into such a big decision.
