There were some time wasting potential buyers involved in our sale which was frustrating at times. Jem was able to manage them and filter out the buyers with the best potential and achieved a price in our preferred range. She had an excellent knowledge of the market in the area and dealt with the buyers negotiations to keep the process on track for a quick settlement.

I thoroughly recommend Jem. She is a pleasure to work with, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was forthcoming with any advice, was a great liaison with property managers, lawyers and tenants and was always available to answer any questions. She secured a buyer extremely quickly at a great price we were happy with. She took all the stress out of selling our property and just made everything happen seamlessly. I can't thank you enough Jem.

We were buying a property in Greenbank and Jem was the sellers agent. She was very processional and nailed every piece of information in terms of what a buyer would want to know. She was very transparent on the sellers expectations and highlighted all the positives regarding the property. Upon signing of contract by us Jem continued to assist us with all the enquiries we had and was a really good conduit between ourselves and the seller which was helpful for us to communicate on any discrepancies we had noticed in the pre settlement inspections. I would give Jem more than 5 stars on her attitude, engagement, professionalism and the level of care she showed. I would recommend her highly.

I was blown away by the service I recently received from Jem. I have bought and sold more than 20 properties in my life and this was definitely the easiest experience I have had so far. Often with a quick sale you get a little less than you hoped for but not this time, not only did Jem get me a quick sale she got me considerably more than the estimated range she suggested. She was extremely professional and friendly and always felt she was working for my best interest. I would 10/10 recommend Jem to any prospective seller in the Redbank Plains area.
