No doubt it's a difficult time for the housing market now, and sometime buyers could be very hard to handle, besides your tenants could behave poorly. There was an issue with the Building inspection and I was bit nervous to go ahead. But Jem had arranged the trades man to investigate the issue and sort it out the issue within few days.
