Excellent!
Olcay was excellent! She was genuine, caring, transparent and trustworthy. She went well and beyond any other agent I have encountered! She is superb at customer service and definitely has the best interest of both buyer and vendor at heart! I warmly recommend her!

Extremely Responsive
Olcay was a pleasure to deal with and always quick to respond to any queries or issues that arose -nothing was too much trouble. She was friendly and upfront throughout the process without being pushy. While clearly trying to achieve the best result for the seller, she is also considerate of purchasers and takes the time to understand needs and circumstances. Exceeded Expectations
Olcay exceeded all my expectations and made selling my property a smooth process. She did all the front end work to generate a lot of interest in the property by working tirelessly giving everyone an opportunity to view the home. Hardworking, and amazing throughout
Olcay was absolutely amazing with the recent sale of our property. She was professional throughout, listened and acted to suggestions as well as providing advice and support. The real unique difference to other agents is she was always available working well beyond office hours as she really puts her heart and soul into her business. I cannot fault the service I have received from Olcay and the team at Coronis from the very beginning. At all times throughout my real estate journey, I have felt 100% supported by Olcay and the Team. Olcay ensured that I was kept up to date at all times and really went above and beyond in her service standards. Not only was Olcay committed to selling my property, Olcay and the team consistently supported me with looking for new properties as well. Olcay even viewed an open home on my behalf that I could not attend! My property was listed and under offer within a week, with two consecutive open homes at day 3 and day 4 of being on the market. Olcay provided detailed feedback of each open home and provided exceptional market knowledge, which is absolutely required in this current climate.
