Great young agent!
Solomon was a friendly and calm face that assisted us with the purchase of our new property. He was always available to answer any question, no matter how big or small and always kept us updated throughout the whole process. With all the stress that comes from selling your family home, Solomon was the agent for the job! His knowledge in the area and marketing plan was exactly what we were looking for. The amount of interest in the property was amazing and after 11 days on the market with multiple offers ending in a new street price record Solomon not only put the cherry on the cake but also helped us in securing our new family property. Solomon's communication and dedication to the property was one above the rest as we were always kept up to date with each stage of the selling process and all questions answered in a timely matter. Straightforward, pleasant experience
Solomon demonstrated to us, what a lot of other agents don't ... he represented the interests of both the seller, and the buyer in order to get the best outcome for everyone. He was extremely helpful to us throughout the entire process, and went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I secured the home we've been looking for. I would highly recommend Solomon, and if we ever sell our other property I know who I'll be approaching to do so

Amazing Experience!
Solomon came highly recommended from someone I knew, how ever he was not local to my area, so I still interviewed a local agent to see the difference from one to the other. How ever, from the moment I met with Solomon, his professionalism & manner was a real stand out. He showed me the benefits of using an out of area agent and the results that could happen for my end sale price. His constant feed back from open homes and persistance to achieve the highest price was always in his line of sight. You can tell he really puts 110% into his work, from negotiating contracts late and night and coming over to my house late at night to get contracts signed off and achieving multiple offers on the home, he really does put his clients first. I'd highly recommend Solomon if you are looking at selling, he will not let you down. He is a down to earth gentleman.
