Works well with Sellers based Abroad!
Alice was excellent to work with - very hard working, easy to contact and communicate with. She took over the sale from another agent who had listed this property for 16 weeks without any real interest or offers, and had several genuine enquiries/offers on the property within 3 weeks. I really appreciated how she provided professional and helpful guidance without ever being pushy. Alice works very well with sellers based abroad. Would work with Alice for sales in future.

Fantastic Result within 24hrs
Investment property in Paddington QLD. In uncertain times Alice was very flexible meeting my seller insecurities. Her market appraisal was on the money but after a months pause was quick to see a lack of supply and countered by raising the asking price. Alice secured a buyer at the top end of our price bracket within 24hrs of going to market. Good communication throughout and picked up others slack when required I have a general dissent for sales and do not tolerate fools. Slick job Alice!

Sold Under the Hammer
