Great friendly team. I sent a message late in the afternoon asking if a place that I was interested in was stil available. One of the team members contacted me later that night from ther home. Sheryl, Trish and the whole team were amazing when my application was approved for our new place with them. They whole team went 150% over and above. They knew my situation and I had to get out of my current place or I was going to be taken to QCAT. The team pulled the paperwork together and had it to me by 6pm that evening (4 hours after being approved). It normally takes up to 3-4days. I cannot thank Trish and the team enough for the stress relief they gave me in pulling this through so quickly. Little Real Estate have managed my investment properties for approximately 10 years. I've had a few changes in property managers in that time but they have all been excellent. They are friendly, professional, easy to contact, proactive, knowledgeable, and always helpful. They contact me immediately with any tenant concerns, and their fees are reasonable. I'm disappointed they don't service the Plainland QLD area as I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended!
