It is SO easy to recommend Tarin D'Este-Holmes from Coronis Realestate as an agent to sell your home. Ours had previously been on market with another Realestate agency for close to 9 mths. Open house week after week, couples through etc , but agent could never get and offer. Changing was the best thing we decided to do. Tarin took over, and from day one her confidence passed onto us, making us confident that progress would be made. Advertising went "live" on 21st Feb, 2017 and we had a satisfactory contract signed by 3rd March. Wow! An excellent result. Other reassuring factors were Tarin's consistent contact with us. She knew this was something that was important to us , to always be kept fully up to date, whether positive or negative. Tarin's happy bright personality was encouraging when we thought a contract was hard to obtain. A very hard worker who never gave the impression we were too much bother, (and I'm sure we were at times,) and was able to be contacted at a moments notice, as close as our phone. A comfortable and friendly relationship with a chosen agent makes the process of selling more enjoyable, which could otherwise be traumatic, when parting with '' a home of many years and fond memories ''. We felt Tarin was very aware and tuned into these emotions and feelings. Negative areas, some , but minor. Contact with Tarin became a little limited once the conveyancing process started. This was to be expected, just different. Everything was handled quite well in this area, just a few surprises, as we were remiss in not asking certain questions first!
