we are the owner of 02 Tamarind Dr, Acacia Gardens, NSW, 2763. the reason we are writting today, because we want special thanks the property manager Harit. little more then 12 months ago. our property was on the market more then months with other agent, they simply couldn't find anyone who have interesting at all. but Mr. Harit come along. within the 3 hours he find someone signed contract and move in same week. what's imprissive job he did for us. we have number of property. been deal with number of property manager. but never ever seen someone like him. make deal within the few hours instead someone else couldn't make in few months. this time when people give notice intend to move out, him again, find new people within the weeken also achived highest price, even with corrent covid-19 stituation. the way he deal with customer on our behalf, and the way he did inspection during the property been rent out. leav us have nothing else to say instead " can't thanks enough"

Initially our leasing agent was good, however once we signed the lease and got the keys we didnt hear much from him, e.g. when we had to arrange repairs etc. We were allocated a new agent who was also good at first then communication dropped off as well. We were then handed over to Maria Haralovic and it was smooth sailing from there. Maria was quick to respond to our requests/queries. She has been attentative and informative with all of our queries, particularly during the end of our lease. If you get Maria as your agent, you're in good hands!
