Keithea did an excellent job,great communication and follow up.

Keithea is totally professional and started by informing me of recent sales of similar properties. I went with the logical assessment of it's value and it was correct because the purchaser paid the asking price knowing it was the right price for the unit. Her communication throughout the sale process was excellent and issues were solved easily and quickly when they arose.I would Highly recommend her to anyone considering selling a property.

Dedicated, efficient and Professional

We have had numerous dealings with various Real Estate agent in PD since 2005 (buying and selling) and discovered that Cote Nord Property Is definitely a step above the rest. Outstanding service and support.

Being interstate buyers we found that Keithea, helped us at every stage of the purchase. She organised a telephone walk through of the unit, showing us every detail. Keithea was very informative in regards to purchasing a unit within a holiday complex, her background knowledge was second to none!
