At first Debbie was really good to deal with and she gave us a bit of information as this was our first house. But I started receiving messages where she would address me wrong as the seller and not the buyer which I thought was weird. I also think she knew the seller so I think she was more on the seller side so there have been quite a few things that have come up that we aren’t happy with. We didn’t get all the keys, I had to go and get some more keys from Debbie as well. Then just recently we had the seller come back to the house and give us more keys which was nearly 1 year after the sale. Unfortunately it didn’t end up being a good experience in the end and I wouldn’t use them again
