Fantastic Agent
I tried a number of times to sell my investment property with Debbie, but decided not to sell each time due to the poor local real estate market. Debbie kept in contact with me over a number of years, providing me with regular updates on the local real estate market. Each time I decided to sell the property Debbie had the property on the market quickly. Every time my property was open for inspection. Debbie would call me to inform me of the level of interest in the property. I recently sold my townhouse with Debbie and achieve an excellent sale price.

Penny went above and beyond looking after my property
I tried to sell my property with Penny and her team about 3 years ago, but the property failed the Engineers structural inspection. The property at the time was less than 5 years old. With Penny's determination, she was able to have the property fixed through the Queensland Building and Construction Commission at no expense to me. Penny organized and attended inspections at my property on my behalf, making sure all work was carried out to her satisfaction. I have recently sold my property with Penny and her team, getting a good price in a tough market. I highly recommend Penny, my family and I could not thank you enough.
