Pia Stuccio is the most thorough and easy to deal with Property Manager I have ever dealt with. I have worked in Real Estate myself previously, and to come across a PM that genuinely cares so much about her properties, owners, and renters is very rare. Pia regularly works after hours to make sure everything is done, and when leasing our property to us, would send follow up emails late into the night to guarantee the quickest turn around time possible. I came to become a tenant after meeting one of the great staff at Coulson and Co after a difficult separation , it all happened so fast and they took a risk of a single mom with 4 boys. I have been nothing but happy with my time with them, very happy, prompt and helpful. During one of the hardest times in my life where my son was sick, the level of support I received and understanding was amazing.
