I engaged Lauren at Coulson and Co to sell my investment property. I could not be happier with Lauren and her team’s professionalism, knowledge and support. Within a couple of days of the initial walk through and photo shoot I had a very good offer which at the time was the record price for my complex. Soon after accepting the offer my long term tenant refused to leave and created significant legal issues. Lauren supported me through the process and even attended court with me on two occasions.
