His no nonsense, proven method of a full marketing campaign (floor plan, video etc) and the theatre of going all in on home opens with a closing date sale felt like it was going to be the winning approach for us.. and it was. Michael secured us multiple offers over our initial price predictions. Michael kept us up to date with excellent phone communication every step of the way and the paperwork side of things was super simple - what paperwork? - everything was electronic and a breeze. Overall Michael is a friendly guy with excellent knowledge and great track record. He knows his stuff and gets results. 10/10 recommend.
