It was an absolute pleasure to work with Michael. In selling our land, he gave us his assessment of the price but was also very interested in our expectations. In marketing, he outlined his strategy but also took on our suggestions. In receiving interest, he kept us informed in a timely manner and very ably negotiated a better outcome for us. Prior to selling our lot, he also assisted us with finding an established home and we were blown away by his dedication to identify the perfect property for our family, including approaching vendors off market.
