Trent was exceptional every step of the way. He made the entire process stress free and was the only person that didn’t drop the ball - mortgage broker, settlement agent, other real estate agents, there were issues with all of them except Trent. He is unfazeable and has an easygoing relaxed approach whilst also clearly having everything under control. He’ll get you top dollar and makes it look easy. After our first meeting I said to my husband I hope he’s not selling any of the homes we’re looking at because he’s going to make us overpay and will somehow make us feel good about it. Trent is really easy to get along with and was also faultless with his communication - he answered all of our questions as first time sellers and was also really helpful in providing information to us about the buying process, even though we weren’t purchasing from him. We recommend Trent without any hesitation and will be using him again the next time we sell.

We bought our home using Coulson & Co Real Estate 7 years ago so when we decided to sell they were the agency we called. Michael himself came to to see us promptly and gave us an honest appraisal of our home and gave us an estimate above our expectations. He laid out a clear path way for us to follow. We had some interest on our pre listing home opens but no offers. We went ahead and listed the property with the first home open to be on Saturday 16th April. We went away for Easter and when returned on Sunday 11th Michael rang at 7pm to see if he could show some through at 3.00pm the following day. This was not a problem. He advertised a home open on the Coulson & Co website and all hell broke loose. We had 11 groups through in the 20 minutes, received a very good offer before anyone set foot in the place and then 5 further offers inside 24 hours. One of these easily exceeded our expectations so after a couple of checks and balances it was a done deal. It is very obvious why they win awards. THEY GET RESULTS.
