Michael sold this house to us about 6 years ago, it was for an investment. Couple of years later the property boom went down and this property had become a burden for us as the payment to the bank was just difficult and the rent was also low as there were not much renters. It was a lose , every month we had to pay extra from our pockets for the bank. That's when we asked Michael for help to let us know when it was the best time to sell. For about two or three years we kept in touch we Michael regarding the property market and Michael gave us honest and correct information and solid advise in how the market was going. Many times the market was not good for selling as we wanted at least a price where we don't end up in a lose. Michael was advising us to wait 6 months sometimes, and wait again for another few months and this went on for awhile. Then the market began picking up and he told us how much it can be sold for approx. When we told him to sell it , he sold it for an impossible price, and we were amazed, because most of the houses in Parmelia 3 x 2 was selling at most at $350000 and he sold it for us for $382000. We were very happy with this outcome and this with agent Michael. I like to honestly recommend Michael Coulson to anyone, he is honest , trustworthy, you can communicate with him anytime, and if he is busy, he contacts you without fail everytime. He is a fantastic salesman. He sold this home to us and sold it for us. He lifted our hugh burden, and he understood our needs. God bless.
