Trent and the team from Coulson were so helpful in helping me purchase my first home, I couldn't of done it without them. Being FIFO I was very anxious as to how I could get everything done while working away, Trent helped every step of the way and would communicate with me after hours whenever I was able to. The best things about dealing with Trent was his honesty about the property, knowledge of the process and speedy replies, he told me what to expect and how to negotiate every step of the way. The services recommended to me from the choice of settlement agent to building inspectors were first rate and I was very impressed by everyone's professionalism. Trent was able to get me into my own home within 1 month of me putting in an offer and reduced the stress of the whole affair by helping in anyway he could, above and beyond of what I expected. I would not use anyone else in the future when considering the choice of a real estate agent.
