I had a dreadful experience dealing with Lauren. At first she was helpful and I thought things were going to go a whole lot different to what they did!. As soon as my house finance went through she stopped replying to my emails and text. I wanted to do a final inspection the week before and she put me off until the last business day prior to settlement and even then she made it very difficult for me. Constantly saying that the owners do not have to let you into their house to do a final inspection, and that the the massive holes in the walls were there before and nothing I can do about it. fans and Lighting, reticulation etc not working. I asked for these to be fixed and got told it wont matter because I couldn't hold up settlement. She lied to my settlement agent and said they would be repaired. Nothing could be further from the truth. Day of settlement she left the keys in the letterbox for me because she knew what was coming.. to my shock, nothing fixed, dishwasher missing. Laundry and kitchen sinks unusable no plumbing attached. Alarms and security not reset and not given access to alarm password. Skip bins in the middle of the driveway, still not removed. The place was a mess damaged doors and walls. The Oven took 3 days to clean it. Where is Lauren to help sort it out. No where to be seen she didn't care ..Never replied to any text, calls or emails. She never spoke to me again. Lucky her boss Michael came and sorted most of it out. I was very close to legal action. This was a horrible experience. I wouldn't wish this agent on anyone. It's taken me weeks to fix what should not have been mine to fix.
