Coulson recently sold our property and did an amazing job. Michael and Lauren committed to achieving us a price in a short period of time. They followed through on every commitment and the house was sold very quickly, for the price we were after, and without going to market. They also navigated us through some settlement challenges where they went above and beyond to ensure settlement timeframes were met; including Lauren cleaning and even mowing our lawn prior to settlement! It was a welcomed experience after not that long ago another ‘Bertram Specialist’ initiated contacted us with a possible sale opportunity, got our hopes up, and then ceased contact without explanation.
