Let's be honest here, when selling your home you want the best offer and I can honestly say that's what we got. Coulson n Co were the most expensive but they really are worth it, their reputation is well deserved and just speaking with them, they ensure you of their wealth of knowledge and capability. In these tough times our house sold fast and for more than we had expected. It is however worth noting that in our experience, communication was a little lacking as we were first time sellers not familiar with the process, these guys are fast talkers and a lot can get missed in the whirlwind of selling houses, a little extra care would really perfect these guys already brilliant abilities. They are however quick to get back to any questions you might have and they don't sugar coat which is a huge bonus since most other agents tended to leave us feeling a bit buttered up. Overall we were very pleased and happy to recommend Coulson n Co to anyone in the area.
