Trent sold my mother's property recently and liaised with me at all times via text during the sale. I found Trent to be efficient with a good work ethic, keeping me well informed of the appointment times for home openings and when he wished to bring prospective buyers to the property. My only suggestion would be to use the telephone rather than text which is rather impersonal I feel. Apart from this I found him to be very approachable with a keen approach to selling what I felt was a rather run-down property. I would definitely recommend Trent.

We picked Lauren because like most other people, I work and she was one of the few agents who responded to my email. We also picked her because she didn’t have all the properties for sale in our area. We thought how could someone sell our house if it was just a number. I’ve been watching the sales and there’s been a lot that haven’t sold and a lot that have taken a huge drop in price. We didn’t need to continue with Lauren and we asked a few times if she wanted us to go, but hard work paid off and she got the sale. She also negotiated to get within our asking price.
