He kept in contact with us every few days to inform us on what was going on and was present even after the house was sold to make sure everything was going smoothly. He spoke passionately about the market and directed us in not over pricing the property. Well it worked, “Set Date Sale”. First home open 6 buyers through and 3 offers and we got above the price we were looking for, so we sold early as the set date sale was going to run for 3 weeks. The biggest part of any sales agent is their negotiation skill and pushing that price just a little more than the buyer wants to. I couldn’t recommend Mr B and Amanda highly enough.
