From the original email, every single step of the way with Victoria was a breeze. We were called straight away & viewed the property within a few days. Nothing was ever too much for Victoria. As it was our first time ever buying a home, we didn't have much knowledge of the process, Victoria explained everything clearly, answered any of our questions & kept in contact with us the whole time. All contact was a pleasure, there was no chasing, there were no doubts & we were over the moon to have such a wonderful agent. Victoria took the time & actually cared.
