I found Matthew Velcich and to be professional, punctual, able to communicate well with people.
Matthew Velcich and Karli Burgis have very good communication skills, explaining what I was required to do in regard to contacting a solicitor and getting a contact drawn up for the sale of my house. Explaining in detail the Sales Inspection Report, the Particulars of the sale of my house, Terms and Conditions of the Open Selling Agency Agreement, and the Agency Agreements for the sale of residential property. Giving me adequate notice when arranging a house inspection with a client. Local knowledge on how houses are selling in the area. Keeping me informed with updates once I had accepted the offer made on my house. I chose Country Wide Property to sell my house because they have an excellent reputation for selling residential houses.

Professional, personable and helpful.
The advice Matt and his team gave us at each stage of our house sale was to the point and extremely helpful. He understood our specific needs, and was very responsive to them. The team member who managed our sale, Karli, was always available when we had questions and was very understanding when our buyer requested early access to our property for various reasons. Our sale went quickly, as Matt predicted it would, and we had sold and moved out within 4 months.

Above & Beyon
Daniel went above and beyond with this sale, when the purchaser decided that the property required a clean up not included on the contract due to the reduction in price he negotiated. Daniel took it on at his own accord and completed the cleanup himself while we were away.

The Staff and Management went above and beyond.
I highly recommend Country Wide Property, with a special thank you to Rachel Kerr for helping us navigate a troublesome tenant situation that originated from another agency, allowing us to sell. You were incredibly supportive, efficient, and kind throughout the process. Once the property was vacant, Matt sold it within weeks.
