He responds quickly to my queries, and if we hae to go back and forth about a quote to repair something, for example, I don't have to wait a week for a reply. When he interviewed potential tenants for a new lease recently, Adam sent me a very user-friendly synopsis of the interested parties and his assessment that was the basis for a good phone conversation.
