Kayla was great to deal with throughout our tenancy. She was always friendly, easy to talk to, and quick to get back to us whenever we had a question or needed help with something. Any maintenance issues we had were organised quickly, and she kept us updated along the way, which made everything really easy. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she was always happy to help. Moving in and moving out can be stressful, but Kayla made the whole process smooth and straightforward.
