Totally bad experience.
The property I rented from your agency was poorly maintained. The cleaning was done done for name sake and poor communication from the property manager. Totally disappointed with you guys. I feel like I fallen into a trap. We have newly arrived to Australia and am deeply saddened with the property I got. I appreciate if you can end the contract and let us go from here.
