A communicative and responsive agent who follows through.

Adam keeps me in touch with what's happening with the property without overwhelming me with details. He responds quickly to my queries, and if we hae to go back and forth about a quote to repair something, for example, I don't have to wait a week for a reply. When he interviewed potential tenants for a new lease recently, Adam sent me a very user-friendly synopsis of the interested parties and his assessment that was the basis for a good phone conversation. He is very professional in his dealings with me, and from what I can tell in his dealings with contractors and tenants on my behalf. I feel well taken care of!
