We (buyer) found it impossible to contact Phillip, the only way was to call the office and request he call us. Once the offer was submitted I was only able to reach Phillip once when I left a phone message. He replied by text and said his assistant Eulises would help. We didn't receive contact for three days and had to call again. Eulises was pushy and rude, he'd make a good used car salesperson. After settlement we got in contact with the seller to resolve some outstanding issues due to storms. The seller had the exact same feedback for the team and said he had a foul taste in his mouth after dealing with both of them. The only saving grace was the receptionist who was polite and helpful.

I recently both bought and sold a house through Phil and Ulysses, and I was truly impressed. Not only did our home sell in a matter of days but the transaction was efficient and easy. The knowledge both possess in relation to the market, contractual conditions, building inspectors, pool fence inspectors and conveyancers is beyond compare. In what is often a stressful time, both Phil and Uly remained friendly and helpful - I felt no pressure and received only the best advice. It is fair to say that, by the end of this experience, I consider both of these agents as friends; and I would recommend them to anyone considering selling! Oh, and just quietly, it doesn’t hurt to buy off them either - their properties ooze quality !
