From the initial meeting to the final negotiation Claudia provided prompt and informed communication. Claudia and Sam provided a great service not only promoting the property but providing access for trades and calling around to put the bins out when we forgot. Claudia was able to present a signed contract in the first week but continued to market the property until the offer was unconditional ensuring there were back up offers if the finance did not eventuate.
