Craig Barnby sold the house for us. I hoped for a better price but took a cut in order to move forward. We tried various strategies to sell house. Craig continued to try selling home properly every week and I think we got it sold within a two or three month period. I would not have paid for the magazine in retrospect, because the house was not that much to show case in addition to the real estate fee.

From our first meeting with Craig we were impressed! Craig was flexible in coming to our home and giving us honest, realistic and positive feedback for selling. We had other agents out and they all sat at the table and promised the world but with no real detail. Craig walked through our home and talked to us; he gave us ideas on what to do to make our home even more appealing and what he would do in marketing our home. Craig is dedicated from the moment you give him the go ahead! We felt like we were his number 1 priority throughout the entire process. With my husband being FIFO, Craig even offered to come around and help me tidy up the garden! The first open home Craig called me at 7.30pm to say we had an offer! It was close to asking price but not quite there so he went back, and, by the next morning, we had our asking price and our terms for settlement. All within 4 days of the official listing. Craig kept in touch with me every step of the way and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. He is full of infectious enthusiasm and a positive, get up and go attitude!
