On the market on a Saturday afternoon, open house Thursday night and Saturday and signed contracts Sunday. Craig knows how to get things done. Listen to his advice about preparing your property and the rest will fall into place. He helped by giving contacts of people to call to prepare your home. Craig was very efficient with paperwork and phone calls. He always got back to you and was quick to email any documents you needed. Highly recommend Craig he knows the business well.
