I can go on about the things Raph did that went above and beyond, but i would be here for a while, so i will list his best highlights- Always left our house as it was after all inspections, includuding busy ones A potential buyer requested docs from the council for works located behind my property. Raph arranged that fully. He always come to me with solutions not problems Raph was happy to help sell some extra items from my home to the buyer after the sale of the property, in the settlement period. This was alot of emails back and forth where he was the middleman. He did this at no cost. Once my house was sold, Raph helped me purchase a property in an area that he was not familiar with at all. He did reports on properties, called agents, spent hours giving me advice and even come to see me to discuss things. I would consider Raph a good person and that comes from someone who has the mentality to never trust a agent.
